What Is ChatGPT?
ChatGPT stands for Chat Generative Pre-trained Transformer which is a chatbot that interacts in a conversational way. ChatGPT uses an Artificial Intelligence (AI) language model that is capable of generating human-like text based on the input it is given.
ChatGPT was developed by OpenAI to be a sibling model to InstructGPT, which is trained to follow instructions in a prompt and provide a detailed response. ChatGPT enhances the functions of InstructGPT by answering follow-up questions, admitting mistakes, challenging incorrect premises, and rejecting inappropriate requests.
The ChatGPT technology is integrated into Bing’s search engine as well as many AI content writing and optimization tools. Google launched its own version of ChatGPT called Bard which is powered by LaMDA (Language Model for Dialogue Applications).
ChatGPT is beneficial for search engine optimization (SEO) because it can help users create better content faster, perform keyword research, develop a content strategy, and reduce the time it takes to conduct topic research.
